General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Products Sold on casagers.fr

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms govern the sales by casagers.fr of overnight stays in short-term furnished apartments.

Article 2 – Prices

If you place an order from a country outside mainland France, you are considered the importer of the product(s). Exchange fees, local taxes, or government charges may be applicable.

These duties and fees are not the responsibility of casagers.fr. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility regarding declarations and payments to the appropriate authorities in your country. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.

All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros.

casagers.fr reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation, subject to availability.

The products remain the property of casagers.fr, including during the tenants’ stay.

Important: Once the tenant takes possession of the premises (enters the apartment), responsibility for any damage caused in the apartment transfers to them.

casagers.fr reserves the right not to record a payment or confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the case of availability issues or problems related to the order received.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation

Any order placed on the casagers.fr website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Confirming an order signifies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions of sale.

All information provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction.

You declare that you are fully aware of this.

The order confirmation shall be deemed as signature and acceptance of the transaction.

A summary of your order information will be sent to you via the email address provided during order confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment

By validating your order, you are obliged to pay the indicated price.

Payment for your purchase is made by credit card on the casagers.fr website.

Article 6 – Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable.

Article 7 – Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the casagers.fr website.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email. Your order will either be automatically cancelled and no payment will be charged, or we will offer you alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay.

Article 8 – Liability

The products offered comply with applicable French laws.

casagers.fr cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the rented product.

Furthermore, casagers.fr shall not be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the casagers.fr website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of casagers.fr.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use, in any manner whatsoever—even partially—any part of the site, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of casagers.fr.

Article 11 – Personal Data

casagers.fr reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. This is necessary for managing your order and for improving the services and information we provide.

Such data may also be shared with third parties involved in fulfilling services and managing, executing, processing, and paying for orders.

This information is also stored for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to personal data concerning you, directly on the website.

Article 12 – Archiving and Proof

casagers.fr will archive rental contracts and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.

The computerized records of casagers.fr will be considered by all parties involved as valid proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions.
