Definitions
The Publisher: The individual or legal entity responsible for publishing the online communication services on casagers.fr.
The Site: All websites, web pages, and online services provided by the Publisher.
The User: The person using the Site and its services.

Browsing the Site does not require prior registration or identification. It can be done without providing any personal data (such as name, surname, address, etc.). We do not record personal data from simple browsing.

Using user ID for connection suggestions and commercial offers
We use your electronic identifiers to suggest connections via email, contacts, or services. We may use your contact information to help others find your account, including through third-party services. You may upload your address book so we can help you find acquaintances or allow others to find you. We may suggest connections based on these contacts. We may partner with companies offering incentive deals and share your electronic ID for such purposes.

Some technical data from your device is automatically collected by the Site (IP address, ISP, hardware/software configuration, browser type and language, etc.). This data is necessary to provide our services.
Technical data collection for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes
Your device’s technical data is collected and logged for advertising, commercial, and statistical purposes. This helps improve and personalize your experience. No personally identifiable data is attached to this technical data. However, this data may be sold to third parties.
8 – Cookies

Deletion after 3 years of inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged in for 3 years, you will receive an email inviting you to reconnect. If you don’t, your data will be deleted from our databases.

Users may delete their account at any time, either by requesting it from the Publisher or using the deletion option in account settings.

In case of violation of this Privacy Policy or any incorporated documents, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
